Ingredients
- 2 strips bacon
- 1/3 c minced onion
- 1 T flour
- 3/4 c vegetable liquid
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 2 T sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 c cooked green beans

Step 1
Brown 2 strips bacon until crisp. Cook about 1/3 c. minced onion in bacon fat until yellow. Stir in 1T. flour; add 3/4 c vegetable liquid, 1/4 c vinegar, 2T sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Bring to boil then add 2 C. cooked green beans and heat gently. Serve with bacon bits over top.
