Creamy Cauliflower

  • 1 1/2 cups half-and-half
  • 3 ounces grated Fontina
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 6 cups cauliflower florets, steamed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup panko

Preparation

Step 1

In saucepan, whisk first 5 ingredients over medium-high until smooth, 7 minutes. Fold in florets; season. In skillet, melt butter over medium; toss with panko until golden. Sprinkle on cauliflower.
