Anginetti Cream Puffs

Easy to make with store bought cookies!

Ingredients

  • 1 5 oz. anginetti cookies (Stella Doro)
  • 1 1/2 c cool whip
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Cut cookies in half horizontally; set aside. Beat topping and cream cheese at medium speed until blended (1 min). Gently stir in pineapple. Spoon 1 T pineapple mix unto bottom half of each cookie, cover with top half. Refrigerate.
