Beef Barley Soup

Ingredients

  • 6-8 cups of beef broth (1 cup water + 1 bullion cube = 1 cup broth)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2-3 carrots
  • 2-3 celery stalks
  • Oregano
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Small can of tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup of barley
  • Beef cubes cut of small
  • Peas
  • can add any veggie, ex. Potato, string beans.
