French veal chops

Ingredients
- 2 veal chops 1 inch thick
- salt and pepper
- 1 T canola oil
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 2 T butter
- 1/4 c chicken broth
- 1/3 c dry bread crumbs
- 2 T grated parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
sprinkle veal with salt and pepper-
In a skillet brown chops on both sides in oil
sprinkle onion into greased shallow baking dish and dot w 1 T butter
top with chops and drizzle with broth-melt remaining butter and toss w bread crumbs and parmesan
sprinkle on top
bake at 350 for 35 mins or till 160 degrees
