HCG Diet (P3/4) Coconut Flour Cake Donuts
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon sugar free vanilla syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
In a small bowl beat eggs until frothy, about two minutes. Mix in milk, vanilla, sour cream and syrup.
In a medium-sized bowl combine coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt and whisk together. Stir wet mixture into dry until coconut flour is incorporated.
Pour into a well greased donut pan. Bake at 325 for 25 – 35 minutes. Insert toothpick to check for doneness. Carefully lay on the cooling rack.
