Ingredients

  • 4

    eggs, room temperature

  • 1/2

    cup coconut milk

  • 1/2

    cup sour cream

  • 1

    teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1

    tablespoon sugar free vanilla syrup

  • 1/2

    cup coconut flour

  • 1

    teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2

    teaspoon sea salt

Directions

In a small bowl beat eggs until frothy, about two minutes. Mix in milk, vanilla, sour cream and syrup. In a medium-sized bowl combine coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt and whisk together. Stir wet mixture into dry until coconut flour is incorporated. Pour into a well greased donut pan. Bake at 325 for 25 – 35 minutes. Insert toothpick to check for doneness. Carefully lay on the cooling rack.
