PINA COLADA BREAD

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup canned crushed pineapple in juice
  • 3 tablespoons rum
  • 3/4 cup warm water -- (110 degrees)
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- softened
  • 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut -- toasted
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in bread pan in order suggested by the machine's
manufacturer. Select sweet or quick bread baking cycle

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
