Ingredients
- 2/3 cup canned crushed pineapple in juice
- 3 tablespoons rum
- 3/4 cup warm water -- (110 degrees)
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- softened
- 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut -- toasted
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in bread pan in order suggested by the machine's
manufacturer. Select sweet or quick bread baking cycle
This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
