- 1/2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 c. almond flour
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. almond butter
- 1/4 c. dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. dried cherries

Step 1
Combine oats, almond flour and flaxseed in a medium bowl. In a small separate bowl, stir together honey, vanilla and almond butter. Using a spatula, mix together flour mixture, almond butter mixture, chocolate chips and dried cherries in a medium bowl. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before shaping into 12 (1-inch) balls. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
