Ingredients
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 2 cloves to 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillion
- 2 teaspoons of teasing
- 1/2 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon fennel seed
- dash of chili powder
- 1 Pound of Pasta
- 1 Large can crushed tomatoes
- 2 small cans taomato paste
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/2 -3/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- 4 fresh leaves of Basil
- 3 teaspoons teasing
- 1 teaspoon garlic romano seasoning
- 1/3 can creme of chicken soup
- 1 heaping serving tablespoon of cottage cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Brown burger with:
chili powder,
bouillion,
minced garlic,
1/2 Tablespoons sugar &
fennel seed
drain well when cooked thru
add to the tomato paste the tomato sauce to work up the paste next add water
and then crushed tomatoes
add all dry seasoning ingredients and creme of chicken soup
add beef mixture
cook thru and simmer for 1 hour add cottage cheese before serving
serve over cooked pasta with shredd parmesan or a blend of italian cheese and fresh parsley sprinkled on top
