Ingredients
- 20 Oreo cookies, chopped (about 2 cups)
- 3 Tbs. melted butter
- 4 c. butter pecan ice cream, softened (or whatever flavor you want)
- 1/2 c. caramel ice cream topping
- 1 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cookie pieces and butter.
Press onto bottom of 9" square pan.
Spread ice cream carefully over crust.
Drizzle with caramel topping.
Cover with Cool Whips
Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Cut into bars.
