Ingredients
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1-1/2 tsp Salt
- 4-1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 2-1/4 Cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Butter, Melted
- Chopped Pecans
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- Cinnamon Syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar. Separate Eggs. Whip egg whites until stiff. Beat yolks and add to milk, vanilla, and butter. Pre-heat waffle iron and coat with non-stick cooking spray. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold egg whites into batter.
Pour batter into waffle iron and top with chopped nuts.
Serve warm with cinnamon syrup
