Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cans aritchokes
- 1/3 C butter
- 1/3 C flour
- 2 1/2 C chicken broth
- 1/4 C wine
- 4 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 T. green onion
- !/4 C parm
- 1 C breadcrumbs
- 1 t. thyme

Preparation
Step 1
Brown chicken in oilthen add artichokes. Remove from pan. Make sauce of butter, flour. Add broth and wine, stire till thickened. Add cheddar and onion and stir till melted. Put chicken and aritchokes in a baking dish and top with the sauce.
Combine parm, breadcrumbs and thyme with salt and pepper. Sprinkle over top and bake for 25 min. at 350.
