Waffles - Bacon and Cheese

  • 2 cups biscuit/baking mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 6-8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Place biscuit mix in a large bowl.

In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, sour cream and butter. Stir into biscuit mix until blended. Fold in bacon and cheese.

Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions.
