Ingredients
- 4 cups Peaches (chopped)
- 1 box Certo Crystals
- 5 cups White Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Peel, pit & finely chopr or crush peaches.
In a large saucepan tir together prepared fruit.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Add all the sugar.
Return to a hard boil for 1 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir and skim for 5 minutes to prevent floating fruit.
Pour into warm sterilized jars to 1/4 inch from rim. Cover with lids and crew ring on tightly.
