Pasta with sausage

Ingredients

• 3-4 sausage links ( out of casings)
• 2-3 crushed garlic cloves
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 cup of white wine
• Parsley
• Salt and pepper
• Red pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Remove sausage from skin.
Crumble and brown in oil.
Add garlic and brown.
Cook 8-10 minutes and then add white wine and seasonings,
cook 5 minutes.
Toss with hot pasta and grated cheese
*** Optional add chicken stock
*** Optional can add mozzarella or heavy cream
