Two-Tone Salad Mold

Ingredients

  • Orange Layer:
  • 1 11 oz can mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 3 oz pkg orange jello
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • Raspberry Layer:
  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 3 oz pkg raspberry jello
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

Preparation

Step 1

Orange Layer: Drain oranges, save 1/2 cup syrup, and set aside. Dissolve jello in boiling water, add orange syrup and chill until partially set. Slowly add jello to 1/2 cup yogurt until smooth and add oranges. Turn into 7 cup mold.

Raspberry layer: Drain raspberries, save 1/2 cup syrup, and set aside. Dissolve jello in boiling water, add raspberry syrup, and chill until partially set. Slowly add jello to other 1/2 cup yogurt, blend, and add raspberries. Pour over orange layer. Chill until firm.
