spinach feta squares

Ingredients

• 1 sheet puff pastry
• 1 small onion minced
• 1 tab. minced garlic
• 2 tab. olive oil
• 1 10oz. box frozen spinach, thawed, and squeezed dry
• 1 cup feta crumbled
• crumbled bacon

Preparation

Step 1

400 oven-roll out pastry and bake 12 min.-saute onion and garlic in oil for 5 min and add spinach and cook 3 min more-add bacon and spread on puff pastry and sprinkle with feta-bake 5 min. till hot-cut in squares
