Ingredients
- 2 packages (16.3 ounces each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese blend
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4-ounce) chopped green chilies, drained
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Separate the biscuit dough into a total of 16 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces and place in a large bowl. Add the cheese and chilies; toss until well mixed.
Pour into the baking dish and sprinkle with any cheese remaining in the bowl.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden and cooked through. Pull apart and serve.
