PUMPKIN ROLL

Ingredients

• Cake Roll:
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2/3 cup pumpkin
• Filling:
• 1 tub cream cheese (8 ounce)
• 1/2 stick butter
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake roll ingredients together.

Spread on parchment covered baking sheet.

Bake for 12 minutes at 375 degrees.

Let cake cool.

Mix filling and then spread filling across top of cake.

Roll cake.
