Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Steam beans 7-9 minutes.
Cook garlic in butter until tender. Do not let brown.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, sugar and pepper.
Toss with green beans to coat.
