Ingredients
- 4 cups chunked red potatoes (about 4 medium potatoes)
- 1 cup coarsely chopped yellow onion
- 2 TB. NORTHWOODS SEASONING
- 2 TB. vegetable oil or olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coarsely chop the onion and place in a large bowl. Leaving the skins on, cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and add to the onions. Toss the potatoes and onions with the NORTHWOODS SEASONING until well coated. Then toss with the oil. Pour the potatoes into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish (or any high-sided pan) and place in the oven. Stir the potatoes every 10 minutes for the first 30 minutes, then bake uninterrupted for an additional 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are nice and brown.
