Pizzelle Cookies

Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 3 1/2 cups flour
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 tbsp Vanilla (use almond)
• 2 sticks butter (melted)
• 4 tsp Baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and cooled margarine in separate bowl
Sift flour and baking powder, then mix with egg mixture until smooth.
Add milk if too thick

Put teaspoon of mixture on heated pizzelle iron.

Serving: Approx 64 cookies.
