Ingredients
- 1 onion, diced
- 12 oz extra lean ground beef
- 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 12 oz Broccoli, Frozen
- 10 oz Bow tie pasta
- 6 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to directions. Stir in broccoli at last minute of cooking or steam in microwave separately.
Brown onion and beef and drain. Stir in soup, 2 cans of water (20 oz), cream cheese over low heat. Stir frequently until cream cheese is blended in. Season to taste if desired. (garlic, salt, pepper, thyme).
Stir in cooked pasta and broccoli and top with shredded cheese. Let set a minute until cheese melts.
