Baked Brie with Kahlua & Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 19 oz. whole brie
  • 1 cup Kahlua
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Slice off top of brie, but do not remove. Bake 15 minutes at 350. Remove top.

Meanwhile, bring Kahlua and brown sugar to a boil. Simmer 10-15 minutes until syrupy. Add pecans for last 2 minutes.

Pour syrup over brie. Serve with water crackers.
