Ingredients

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 tlb baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 tlb unsalted butter melted + cooled "1/2 Stick"
  • 1 1/4 cup sour cream "12oz"
  • 1 1/2 cup blueberries "3/4 pint"

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Whisk flour, baking powder, + salt. Whisk egg. Add sugar + whisk. Add butter in 2 or 3 additions. Add sour cream in 2 additions.

3. Add blueberries to dry, toss. Fold together.

4. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Rack when done.
