Ingredients
- 1 Pound of Eckrich smoked sausage, sliced (or your favorite brand)
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 purple onion, chopped
- 1 Can of pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 Jar of sweet and sour sauce (or another kind you like)
- 1 Tablespoon of Tabasco sauce (may add more, to taste)
- Fresh jalapeño
Preparation
Step 1
Step One:
Place all ingredients in the slow cooker.
Step Two:
Cook on HIGH for 1–1 1/2 hours or on LOW for 3–4 hours, or until bell pepper and onion are tender.
Step Three:
Serve atop a bed of rice or by itself with a salad.
