  • scallops as you wish
  • Shrimp as you wish
  • 1 cup of red wine cooking wine
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 3 quarters chopped onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 6 oz cooked bacon
  • 2 small cans of crushed or diced tomatos
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 yellow pepper/orange pepper or red pepper
  • red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups of broccoli
  • parsley flakes to garnish
