Ingredients
- scallops as you wish
- Shrimp as you wish
- 1 cup of red wine cooking wine
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 3 quarters chopped onion
- 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 6 oz cooked bacon
- 2 small cans of crushed or diced tomatos
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 yellow pepper/orange pepper or red pepper
- red pepper flakes
- 2 cups of broccoli
- parsley flakes to garnish

Step 1
bring dish to a boil
add seafood after and let it cook for additional 15 minutes
