Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs pork loin
- 1 pt milk
- 4 cloves garlic
- Rosemary
- saalt peepr and butter

Step 1
Place meat in milk, with salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic in a covered pan and cook over low heat
When all the milk has been nearly evaporated, remove excess fat, raise the heat and brown the meat, basting if necessary with more warm milk
Remove the meat from the pan and slice not too thinly
Remove garlic and rosemary from the pan and sieve remaining cooking liquid for the sauce.
Serve hot
