Easiest-Ever Roast Turkey

Ingredients
- 12 to 16-lb. turkey, thawed if frozen
- 6 to 8 c. prepared stuffing
- 1 T. all-purpose flour
- 3 stalks celery
- 3 carrots, peeled and sliced lengthwise
- 3 onions, sliced into wedges
- 1/4 c. butter, softened

Preparation
Step 1
Rinse turkey and pat dry.
Lightly stuff turkey with stuffing and set aside.
Place flour in a roasting bag and shake to coat.
Arrange vegetables in the bottom of bag.
Place turkey in bag on top of vegetables; rub turkey with softened butter. Close bag with tie provided; cut six, 1/2-inch slits in top of bag. Place turkey in a roasting pan.
Roast turkey at 350 degrees for 2-1/2 to 3 hours, until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of thigh reads 165 degrees.
Let turkey rest for about 15 minutes before carving. Serves 10 to 12.
