Ingredients
- 4 chicken cutlets
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
Preparation
Step 1
Cut chicken cutlets and then cut into strips
Remove from pan,cut up 2 onions, celery, and garlic -cook together until soft.
Add 2 cans of chicken broth
Simmer 20 minutes
Optional - add 1/2 cup white wine
Thicken with flour
Serve with rice or noodles.
