Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • Cake
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 3 cups finely chopped carrots
  • Icing
  • 1 stick of butter (softened)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup 10x sugar (confectioners)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cake:
Mix 1st five ingredients together. Add eggs, oil & carrots, mix together well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake on 350 for 50 minutes

Icing:
Beat till smooth, ice cake, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
