Toasted Cocoanut Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of toasted cocoanut
  • 2 cups unbleached flour
  • 1 tbs. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/4 cup of oil
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over to 350 degrees.

Mix milk, egg, oil and vanilla together. Add to the dry ingredients. Stir until blended. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan, 9x5x3". Bake for 1 hour.
