Remoulade Sauce for Seafood

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp. chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish (sub)
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; mix until well blended. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups
