Ingredients

  • FOR THE BUFFALO SAUCE:
  • 3 tbsp. hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp. apple-cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 12 oz. cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" cubes
  • FOR THE DIPPING SAUCE:
  • 4 tbsp. greek yogurt
  • 1 oz. crumbled blue cheese

Preparation

Step 1

* In a small saucepan, combine buffalo sauce ingredients and heat over medium-low heat until warm.

* Add the cooked chicken, toss to coat and heat until warmed through.

* Combine the dipping sauce ingredients and serve in a small bowl with the chicken.
