Ingredients
- 2 to 3 marinated boneless skinless chicken breast (marinated in garlic butter marinade) I purchase at my local meat shop they marinade everything in wonderful flavors
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/8 cup of milk
- 1/2 to 1 cube crushed chicken bouillon
- 6 oz shredd asiago cheese
- 1/2 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup Prosciutto
- 1 Tablespoon mince garlic
- 1/4 cup sliced button mushroons
- 1/2 Tablespoon parsley
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of teasoning (a blend of garlic and onion salt, salt, pepper, dill weed and tarragon
- 1/2 box of bow tie pasta

Preparation
Step 1
I grill my chicken breast on my inside grill
while chicken is grilling
cook pasta according to box directions
bring 2 cups of heavy cream to simmer and whisk in bouillon and cheese until blended well and cheese is melted
dissolve cornstarch in 2 Tablespoons of water and whisk into the cream mixture
cook for about 2 minutes remove from heat
next melt butter and stir in chopped prosciutto, garlic, mushrooms and milk
cook until mushrooms are tender add to the cream mixture
season to taste
drain pasta pour into pasta dishes serve cream on top and then top with cook and sliced chicken
great with
salad and garlic bread
some times i use creamy ceasar marinated chicken breast
