Spicy Slaw

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (sriracha)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 bag coleslaw or broccoli slaw mix (5 servings/14oz)
  • 1 oz cashews (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl add the vinegar, olive oil, honey, hot sauce, chia and salt to make the dressing. Add the bag of slaw mix and toss it into the dressing using tongs.
