Ingredients
- 2 LBS beef stew meat, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 14.5oz can diced fire-roasted tomatoes
- 4 oz chopped green chilies
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 tsp dried minced onion
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 16 oz ranch style beans
- 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- 11 oz niblet corn, drained
- Garnish: sour cream, shredded cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine beef and taco seasoning, tossing gently to coat. Place beef in 4 quart slow-cooker. Add tomatoes, chilies, beef bouillon, minced onion and garlic salt. Cover, and cook on low for 5 hours or until beef is tender. Stir in beans and corn. Cook, covered, on low; for 30 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with sour cream and shredded cheese if desired.
