Ingredients
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs walnuts or pecans (pecans are sweeter)
- 1 tbs sesame tahini
- 1 tbs honey
- 6 dates
- Dash vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a glass jar, soak nuts and seeds in 1 1/2 cup of water overnight. In
the morning, add another 1/2
Cup of water and blend. Then add tahini, honey, vanilla, dates and another
1/2 cup water and blend till
Smooth. This makes 2 1/2 cups. (You can leave out the dates, if you don't
want the milk so sweet.)
You can also use cashews and of course change the sweetner or add a
flavoring to it.
