Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place chicken in shallow baking pan in single layer.
In small bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Brush half mustard mixture over chicken.
Bake for 10 minutes; brush remaining mixture over chicken and bake for about 10 minutes more, or until chicken is fork-tender and no pink remains.
