Lynn's gluten free pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • Mrs Dash
  • Tobasco sauce
  • Shrimp or scallops
  • Cooked pasta
  • Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté onion, garlic and fresh ginger in olive oil and butter until onions are cooked. Add diced tomatoes. Add regular Mrs Dash and tobasco sauce to taste. Ads shrimp and scallops. When seafood is cooked add the cooked pasta, parmesan cheese and toss.
