Ingredients
- 1 lb. brown sugar (approx. 2 1/3 C.
- 2 cubes butter
- 4 eggs beaten
- 3 C. flour
- 3/8 tsp. Baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 C. nuts (opt)
- 1 pkg. milk chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350.
Melt sugar and butter in saucepan and heat until almost boiling. Then beat eggs and sift dry ingredients together. Then add beaten eggs to melted butter and sugar. Beat well. Then add sifted dry ingredients. Add vanilla and nuts. Put in 9X13 cake pan plus 9" square cake pan. (2 pans of batter) Then sprinkle chocolate chips on top of batter. Bake 20 min. Te outside edges will be crisp but not burned.
