Grilled Fish Melt

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna or salmon, drained, flaked
  • 3 Tbsp mayo dressing
  • 3 Tbsp chopped green onions
  • 6 slices bread
  • 3 slices Tillamook cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix fish, dressing and onions, spread onto 3 slices of bread
Cover with cheese slices and remaining bread slices
Cook on medium-low in a non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray 3 min on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
