Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 lb. confectioner's sugar (3-3 1/2 c.)
- 1 1/2 c. PB
- 1 c. butter, melted
- 1 (12oz) bag milk choc chips
Preparation
Step 1
Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and peanut butter and mix well. Blend in melted butter till well combined. Press mix evenly into a 9x13 pan. Melt choc. chips in microwave or double boiler.
Spread over PB mix. Chill till just set and cut into bars. (very difficult to cut if set too long)
