Cherry Pie Chimis

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (21oz) cherry pie filling
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • deep fryer or oil in pan
  • Powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Divide the 2 cans pie filling equally among the tortillas. Fold sides and ends over filling and close with a toothpick. Deep fat fry in hot oil until all sides are golden, about 4 mins. Drain. Sprinkle w/ powdered sugar, serve immediately.
