Chicken Rollatini

Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • Breadcrumb
  • Ham
  • Slicing Mozzerella
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Broth (Optional)
  • White Wine

Preparation

Step 1

Rollatini:
Flatten chicken cutlets, if small put 2 cutlets together.
Bread both sides of chicken cutlet with Italian style bread crumbs (do not use egg, just dip raw cutlet into crumbs)
Then put 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of slicing mozzarella and a little piece of butter
Roll up and put a tooth pick
Put seam down on pan and put a piece of butter on top of each one.

Bake 350- 375 for 25-30 minutes


Sauce:
Sauté in a little oil, 1/2 stick of butter and 1-2 garlic cloves (optional add mushrooms @ this point)
Once butter melts add 1 cup of white wine (optional 1 can of chicken broth)
Let simmer and then remove and pour over cutlets
