Cottage Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 potatoes (sliced 1" thick)
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 onions (sauteed in butter)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Boil potato slices on medium heat until tender ( about 20 min.)
2. Put boiled potatoes into a 2 quart casserole dish.
3. Mix together the sour cream, cottage cheese & sauteed onions.
4. Pour sour cream mixture over potatoes.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 min.
6. Topwith shredded cheese and bake for 10 min more (Just until cheese melts).
