- 1 package portabella caps - (6 oz) (or 4 whole portabella caps)
- A little oil for brushing
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 5 ounces mozzarella or any other good
- melting cheese
Preheat the oven top 350 degrees.
Wipe the caps clean of any dirt and brush lightly with oil. Place them on a baking dish, gill-side up. Cover generously with the sauce, then top with the cheese. Place in the oven and bake for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the cheese is well melted. Serve immediately.
