Red Grape Salad
- 4 pounds red grapes ( can use all 3 colors). Do not cut up grapes!
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Brown sugar (enough to look good on top)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (can use fat-free)
- 8 ounces sour cream (can use fat-free)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Pecans, chopped
Wash grapes and make sure they're completely dry. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Gently mix with grapes. Add pecans and sprinkle with brown sugar. Refrigerate. If mixed too far ahead it will get watery.
