Ingredients
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp red pepper sauce (can use more)
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 3 whole, bone-in chicken breasts, halved (dark meat is really moister)
- 2 tsp. prepared Dijon mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Blend molasses, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, mustard, pepper sauce and orange juice.
Arrange chicken in crock pot.
Put sauce over chicken
Cover and cook on LOW about 7 hours or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours.
