Ingredients
- 2 lbs Yellow Squash
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Melted Butter
- 1/4 cup Green Onions - sliced both parts
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 cup Fresh Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Melted Butter
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook Squash in small amount of H2O until just tender. Drain & mash slightly, then drain again.
2. Combine w/ Sour Cream, 1/4 Butter, Onions, & Salt & Pepper. Place in Buttered 1 Qrt. casserole dish.
3. Mix together Bread Crumbs & Cheese; toss w/ 1/4 cup melted Butter. Sprinkle the mixture over Squash.
4. Bake in Preheated 350° oven for 25 min. or until bubbly.
